L\u2019importance d\u2019un secours en s\u00e9curit\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Les v\u00e9hicules de secours<\/strong> doivent avoir des caract\u00e9ristiques sp\u00e9cifiques : ils doivent \u00eatre fonctionnels, pratiques, \u00e9quip\u00e9s de tous les dispositifs n\u00e9cessaires pour assister au mieux le patient. Mais il y a un aspect qui n&rsquo;est pas toujours d\u00fbment pris en consid\u00e9ration : <strong>ils doivent respecter scrupuleusement les normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 lors de la construction, de la gestion et de l&rsquo;entretien, suivant les certifications li\u00e9es aux essais et crash test<\/strong> car il ne faut pas oublier que m\u00eame si l\u2019ambulance est v\u00e9hicule de secours elle peut \u00eatre impliqu\u00e9e dans des accidents de la route.<br>Pour citer une statistique disponible pour l&rsquo;Italie, en 2017, les accidents de la route impliquant des v\u00e9hicules d&rsquo;urgence \u00e9taient au nombre de 159 et ont caus\u00e9 110 bless\u00e9s et 10 d\u00e9c\u00e8s. Le respect des crit\u00e8res l\u00e9gaux pour la construction et l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement des v\u00e9hicules utilis\u00e9s pour le transport et le secours de personnes peut faire la diff\u00e9rence entre la vie et la mort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du patient lors d\u2019un transport sanitaire<\/strong> fait l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.assocarenews.it\/specialisti\/emergenza-urgenza\/sicurezza-in-ambulanza-i-rischi-per-il-paziente-e-per-gli-operatori-sanitari-in-ambiente-intra-ed-extra-ospedaliero\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Recommandation sp\u00e9cifique du Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9<\/a> depuis 2010 : une directive qui cat\u00e9gorise les diff\u00e9rents types de transports et fixe les protocoles pour \u00e9viter la mort ou les dommages du patient durant le transport, notamment l&rsquo;ad\u00e9quation des \u00e9quipements et dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La l\u00e9gislation en Italie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La conception et l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement des v\u00e9hicules d&rsquo;urgence en Italie sont r\u00e9gis par <strong>deux normes techniques sp\u00e9cifiques \u00ab&nbsp;harmonis\u00e9es&nbsp;\u00bb au niveau europ\u00e9en<\/strong>&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>UNI 1789<\/strong> pour les ambulances et les v\u00e9hicules d&rsquo;urgence.<\/li><li><strong>UNI 1865<\/strong> pour les dispositifs et \u00e9quipements de transport m\u00e9dical, tels que les brancards et les supports de brancards.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La norme UNI 1789 \u00e9tablit les types d&rsquo;ambulances et leurs \u00e9quipements en fonction de l&rsquo;utilisation pr\u00e9vue, tandis que la norme UNI 1865 d\u00e9crit les \u00e9quipements de transport et comment ils doivent \u00eatre construits et configur\u00e9s \u00e0 la fois pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du patient et pour r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;effort des op\u00e9rateurs.<br>Dans ce contexte, les tests prennent une importance consid\u00e9rable, car ils permettent d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir scientifiquement la conformit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipements et \u00e9quipements aux normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crash tests sur ambulances, l&rsquo;exemple des USA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les tests pr\u00e9vus pour les ambulances sont \u00e9galement devenus plus stricts aux \u00c9tats-Unis : de plus en plus d&rsquo;organismes, d&rsquo;entreprises gouvernementales, de fabricants s&rsquo;occupent de cet aspect. Aux USA, la collaboration entre NIOSH (National Institution for Safety at Work), SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) et certains constructeurs est active afin de cr\u00e9er des protocoles pour la mise en place de crash tests. Protocoles concernant la r\u00e9sistance aux chocs contre d&rsquo;autres v\u00e9hicules, la protection des op\u00e9rateurs et du patient.<br>Si d&rsquo;une part on ne peut que se r\u00e9jouir de cette sensibilit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e, d&rsquo;autre part il est bon de rappeler que <strong>la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur les v\u00e9hicules d&rsquo;urgence d\u00e9pend aussi et surtout des dispositifs et \u00e9quipements install\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur<\/strong>, en premier lieu les tables porte- brancard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crash tests et certifications en Italie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Qui certifie les ambulances et le mat\u00e9riel ? Dans le cas d&rsquo;une ambulance, c&rsquo;est le carrossier qui certifie la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et le respect de la r\u00e9glementation. Dans le cas de la norme UNI 1865 et donc de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement, c&rsquo;est le fabricant qui fournit les approbations et les certifications qui devraient \u00eatre certifi\u00e9es par des laboratoires d\u2019essais. En particulier, la l\u00e9gislation exige que chaque \u00e9quipement soit <strong>test\u00e9 \u00e0 10g<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire capable de r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des sollicitations \u00e9gales \u00e0 10 fois son propre poids \u00e0 une vitesse de 36Km\/h. Dans le cas des brancards et tables porte-brancard, les tests permettent \u00e9galement d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer leur <strong>non d\u00e9formabilit\u00e9, l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;angles&nbsp;et d&rsquo;ar\u00eates vives<\/strong> en cas d&rsquo;accident et la bonne retenue <strong>du patient<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class='avia-iframe-wrap'><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Crash Test | Stem Technology\" width=\"1500\" height=\"844\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/oRr_KYpZL-o?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alexstecchezzini.it\/normative-europee-uni\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Une culture des tests et des crash tests<\/a> est primordiale vers des \u00e9quipements et des dispositifs enti\u00e8rement conformes \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation europ\u00e9enne. Ce n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;ainsi que le patient peut avoir la garantie de son droit \u00e0 un transport en s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
